Cancellation Policy:

We require 48 hours' notice to cancel or reschedule your appointment. 48 hours gives us the time to book another appointment in.


A 50% non-refundable deposit is required upon booking your appointment. This is to secure your time slot and to come our bills.


This will then be taken off your dog's groom when you attend the appointment. If you are late for your appointment this may result in a reschedule and a missed appointment.


Fees will need to be paid before your appointment can be booked. If you refuse to pay the cancellation fee or arrive late on several occasions, we may refuse to book you in any future appointments and remove your details from our records.


We will keep you always informed with regards to your dog's behaviour & temperament. If at any point your dog comes aggressive or too stressed to continue, we will stop the groom and call the owner.


Unfortunately, we will not continue to groom aggressive dogs and may refuse to groom your dog in the future as its a risk to us & your dog. The full grooming fees will still be required in these circumstances.


By booking your appointment with us you are automatically agreeing to the above Terms & Condition's.

De-Matting/ Shaving Policy:

We pride ourselves on being caring and humane groomers!


Severally matted dogs will be shaved off for their care and well-being.


De-matting is not included in the price of the groom. There will be an extra charge from £10+ depending on how bad the dog is matted.

This cost contributes towards our extra time and the wear caused to our grooming tools.


Shaving:


During your consultation, we noticed your dog had some matting.


We will put pet welfare first in accordance with our De-Matting Policy.


As a result, we may have to shave your pet short, to remove the matting and make your pet more comfortable.


This is because:


We may have to shave your dog very short, even close to skin, to remove the matting which is causing your dog discomfort.


There will be an extra charge for De-Matting, in accordance with our De-Matting Policy.


You may not achieve the look and groom you anticipated in this appointment- welfare is our main concern. As a groomer, I cannot be held responsible for not achieving the desired result on this concern.

Ø Failure to maintain regular brushing and grooming between appointments will result in further matting.
